Hot Girl Walks and Healing Playlists

Let's start with one of the best activities you can do for both your mental and physical health.


Walking- but not just any walking, this is a hot girl walk. Why? Because you put all your excuses aside and decide to show up for yourself regardless if it's 15 minutes or over a hour. What makes it hot? You're not just walking, you're healing yourself.


Starting your day with some sun, movement, and checking something off your to-do list that your proud of? No better feeling!


Read for days you're not motivated: This is the PERFECT time to start. If it's the last thing you want to do, then that is exactly why you are going to do it. Reset your nervous system, give your body the fresh air and movement it craves. Do it because you love yourself so much, and because you don't identify with your emotions. You do what you need to do, when you need to do it. You show up for yourself. You're here to serve a bigger purpose, and all you need is a short walk to help get your mind back on track and to remember how strong you are, you got this.


Read for days you're motivated: Dwell in this beautiful feeling, lean into the motivation and mindset to push harder. Remember how special these motivated days are, and take on the day with full force.


Tips:

  • Invest in one cute outfit + pair of running shoes, motivate yourself!

  • Find a nature trail near you- if you end up not liking it, you never have to go back!

  • A good playlist!


Last, but certainly not least, we need some vibes for our walk!
