We all have a “highest self” — the version of us that is aligned, fulfilled, and unapologetically authentic. Becoming that version doesn’t happen overnight, but with consistent intention and action, you can start stepping into her now. Here are seven powerful steps to guide you on your journey:



  1. Get Clear on Your Vision


Your highest self already exists — you just need to identify her. What does she look like? How does she act? What values guide her life? Create a vision board or write in your journal about the habits, environments, and relationships that match the life you want. Clarity creates direction.

7-STEP PLAN OF ACTION

2. Set boundaries.
